I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for the past three years, mainly because of their convenience and 24/7 service. Until now, they’ve always been reliable — which makes my recent experience extremely disappointing.
I showed up during their regular operating hours, only to be turned away with a vague excuse that they were eating and doing maintenance. No signage, no notice, just a refusal of service. Confused and frustrated, I got in touch with their manager, who assured me that if I returned, my car would be washed immediately.
I trusted that promise, went back — and ended up waiting for an hour and a half with no service. Even worse, when I tried to follow up with the manager again, they stopped answering their phone entirely.
This was a major letdown after years of loyalty. I understand that things come up, but the way this was handled — the lack of communication, accountability, and basic respect for my time — was unacceptable. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage customer relations moving forward.

من اسوء المطاعم للاكل .. الاكل سيء جدا جدا .. لا يعطونك مناديل لنظافه يديك .. والمكان سيء جدا .. والأكل ليس له طعم ولا راءحه
